five to six of these, in different variations ( juice bars, simply salad etc. ) found in one block with a 3 block farmer's market going full bore in the streets outside with a TESLA dealership across the street.

I had to chuckle coming down these stairs to find a crate with a sign that read " yoga mat parking only " 

OH YEAH....this particular eatery is named " FLOWER CHILD".
