I continue to use the phrase "jaw dropping" because it physically happens coming around a bend,.... pulling out of a dense forest into a panoramic vista view of the coastline etc. So goes the trip from Port Townsend, Washington to Ft. Bragg in Northern California. It took us 7 days. The town of Ferndale was the 1st of it's kind to restore/ renovate itself entirely. I 1st visited the downtown in 1970 when the refit was just completed.
