PART V1

Every swell,..... these women and men strap on protective head gear (basically motorcycle helmets), park several of these trucks on the beach by the pier, plant a jet ski outside the surf line, station another two guards on the pier and coordinate dozens of joint effort rescues when surfers are swept into and under the pier. Rico and I have witnessed this rescue drama executed multiple times a day.
