UPDATE OF YESTERDAY: 3 to 5 pm, Yaquina Head. solid 6 to 8, 1 to 3 feet O.H. and a few plus waves in the sets. 72 degrees with no wind. glass! Felt good getting some bombs w/ a lot of juice. Couple of feet O.H. with good conditions.
2 to 4 sessions a week + work = 8 lbs. lighter.
Gotta love the wool lined wetsuit.
