BLAME SALLY

2 miles north of our motorhome, in a little community called Gleneden Beach, is a great music venue named Eden Hall with a high end rustic restaurant called the SIDE DOOR CAFE. It's a father daughter run establishment. The hall which is completely separate from the cafe but accessed thru 2 huge sound proof doors in the dining room is Dad's domain. The daughter owns the cafe. The band is BLAME SALLY. They are tight, play their instruments like David Grisman plays his mandolin and Bonnie Raitt plays slide guitar. The drummer could give Pancho Sanchez a run for his money. Naa...she's better! At THE SIDE DOOR CAFE.

Their like a folk based U2. Dixie Chicks meets Lila Downs. Waylin Jennings with Crosby Nash harmonies. Lila Downs singing lead for Santana. But it's all their own. They are road savvy seasoned musicians from San Francisco with at least 3 CD's under their belts.

Stand up drummer and the only dude in the band on bass guitar. Rhythm section were dialed in during this last song. She was singing a Lila Downs favored tune in Spanish. It rose the hair up on my arms it was so good. Over the top is a better description! WHEWW!!!
