Good read.

MADCAT

POOL BAR WEST

Tongs and Rice Bowl, two spots that have been under the radar  forever.
Located  at the base of Diamond Head

The sea wall runs along the string of condos in the back ground.

My commute to work from DAD Center's apartment building (you can see a corner of it in the far right)  to the Outrigger Canoe Club.  The sea wall only looks like this if it's 15 foot on the reef.

ROLLINGS STONES

$ 395 per ticket. The night of the show they were going for 600 bucks per ticket.

.........to sit in the 4th row from the cat walk / 8 rows from the main stage
If you know the sax player, like Dennis and Carol do........ the tickets were free.

I had to trade Patty for mine. It doesn't look as though she minded at all.

The band is incredible. I last saw them in 1972 and they are better now.
I didn't know what to think before the show. Still the subconscious is saying "These geeziers are in their 70's. ???....The show was insane. Mick Jagger moves like he is in his 20's . The music was "very large ". HUGE SOUND. I'm taking a bow to Charlie Watts. His drumming was insane.
