Located at the base of Yosemite, Columbia is not a movie set but a original and still functioning town built during the gold rush days of the 1850's. It was the setting for the movie HIGH NOON with Gary Gooper and Grace Kelly in the 50's and Client Eastwood's PALE RIDER in the 1980's ??
