SALEM OREGON PART ONE

1st photo: Downtown Art Gallery....Salem is a great old town. Not lame, not to hip..just very cool! Young and old inhabit and work in downtown. Bow ties, suspenders and straw hats for the old farts...Good looking and "anything goes" young office workers, food servers and musicians. It was the 1st day of summer and dozens of huge flower pots with hundreds of multi colored flowers hanging, dripping from them along every street. It was 82 degrees. I have some good shots for part 2.

10 week old Saint Bernard. The cutest little big guy we have ever seen.

Downtown Salem has not changed much, structure wise, since the 1950's.
Hummus and pita app.

New TRADER JOE'S opened in Salem 2 days ago and the place was mobbed. High quality low price. They own their own vineyard and don't go through a food broker (middle man) in the buying process.

One of my 3 co workers, Aron. Big Sur wildman.
High tide chest high out front and a foot O.H. on the inside sandbar at Nelscott last Monday.
