THE VISION BEHIND WICKRX SUPER SESSIONS

WickrX Super Sessions is, above all, a celebration of the communal spirit of big wave surfing. In its essence, it’s a collaborative production starring the top female big wave surfers in the world. These fifteen Super Sessions surfers were handpicked by the WickrX team for their standout performance in big surf, their commitment to progressing the sport and because they each exemplify the soulful surfing spirit.
Super Sessions is taking place over a three month period. Our surfers are documenting their best sessions in the water and their personal stories out of the water, inviting viewers into their lives. Their Super Sessions are already happening all over the globe, from Hawaii to Northern California, Ireland, France and Brazil. This inaugural WickrX project will present a variety of spectacular content in exciting new ways. The project will culminate with a live two-hour broadcast presenting all of the greatest moments of the 2014 WickrX Super Sessions.
